General Company Description

Our Mission Statement: The Finest Place Inc. is one that is based on People Helping People. In every city of America there are people that need a hand up rather than a hand out. We assist in providing that hand up using real estate as our base.

The Finest Place Inc. is in the business of people. Everyone needs a place to live. Shelter is a necessity for every person. We provide help to those who are need shelter.

Those that need assistance in selling we provide the buyer. Those that need assistance in buying we provide the seller. So many people are at a loss at where to begin. They are confused on the steps in buying or selling. The Finest Place Inc. provides the answers they seek and the guidance they need to make the outcome of the buy or sell a win-win for all parties involved.

In America’s economy every industry experiences ups and downs. The Finest Place Inc. is designed to be a benefit to every person in every economy. Our Company not only provides the necessity of shelter but we train and educate people how to use what they learn to better themselves and others.

The Finest Place Inc. is a for profit corporation.

Incorporated in the Spring of 2009, The Finest Place Inc. is made up of three primary associates: Gary DuBose, Tiffany DuBose and Terri Rigdon. Combined, there is more than 50 years of independent business ownership. Companies owned all focus within the same industry of real estate and its overall improvement. Over the years our associates have had successful and unsuccessful investments in real estate and have learned that there is no guarantee “in the market.” The Finest Place does not invest in the market, they invest in people.

Because The Finest Place Inc. does not give up on the most basic principal that “people are inherently good,” we succeed even when we fail. When someone does make a mistake, we educate them on where they went wrong and try again. Their circumstances may have been compromised in some way, as life happens, but we can still help them in another home and we have an extensive buyer’s list to place the next person/couple/family in the home that is now vacant. Our Associates, are patient, persistent and wanting to help. We are parents, friends, siblings and have seen successes and failures at every level. We don’t have all of life’s problems figured out but we do have some solutions available as far as shelter is concerned.

In today’s economy, more than ever, people are facing foreclosures, short sale situations and evictions. The negative impact this has on their individual credit makes it impossible for them to buy something else, at least anytime in the near future. The Mobile Home Park that we are purchasing is strictly one that offers mobile homes for rent. We want to assist these tenants in becoming home owners Without increasing their monthly payment. We will educate them on the benefit of ownership, the positive effect that it will have on their credit and the future positive effect it will have when they are ready to move from our park and purchase a small home, condomium or apartment. The funds that will help The Finest Place Inc. in purchasing this park will be helping hundreds of families over the coming decades to start over or start somewhere building their confidence and ability to purchase something bigger later.

The Finest Place Inc. is a company that will continue to search and find parks, such as this, owed by those who prospered on helping themselves. Keeping tenants as tenants rather than giving them the hand up to be owners. In that growth we will repeat the positive actions of assisting people in helping their future at a price that they would be able to afford anyway (in the form of rent originally, but now in ownership), for shelter, a necessity each person should be afforded the ability to purchase.

Our company is one that will live on through its associates and eventually through the trust that will inherit it. The heirs of the associates, as it is written in the trust, will continue the good work that the original owners started. The heirs of the trust have already begun to be apprentices within the company to learn how to help find mobile homes and parks and how to help people in them or owning them once they are found.
